We are now accepting vendors for our FREE Annual Mega Halloween Family Harvest Festival
We are looking for:

🤝 Community & Resource Vendors
Vendor booths are FREE, but to secure your space, you must agree to our event requirements:
🍬 Donate and pass out candy to children throughout the event.
🎃 Decorate your booth in a fun Halloween theme.
🕺🏽 Come dressed in costume

❤️ Help us keep this a FREE FAMILY EVENT! We are not charging our families for activities, resources, food, treats, or entertainment. Everything will be provided FREE while supplies last.
If you agree to these requirements, your FREE vendor booth can be approved and reserved.
⚠️ SPACE IS LIMITED — REGISTER EARLY! 10x10 space Only! You will bring all items for your booth space area.
Come promote your organization or business, connect with local families, and help us create an amazing FREE community event! Resources and activity vendors are highly recommended who can reach and support families.

FREE VENDOR BOOTH AGREEMENT & DISCLAIMER. I have read and agree to the following vendor terms: I understand that my vendor booth is being provided FREE of charge for the Mega Family Halloween Harvest Party with donations of candy bags/other. Vendor sales are permitted at this event. Vendors may promote their business, organization, programs, services, or resources, and may sell products, food, services, merchandise, or collect payment from attendees. In exchange for receiving a free booth, I agree to decorate my booth in a fun, family-friendly Halloween theme (nothing scary) and provide and pass out candy that I supply to children and families during the event. I understand that I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance, licenses, permits, approvals, or other requirements applicable to my participation. I accept responsibility and liability for my organization, employees, volunteers, booth, equipment, activities, products, and conduct during the event. Vendor booth locations are assigned by event staff. Vendors are not guaranteed a particular location, and placement requests may not be honored. Vendors who argue, fight, threaten, harass, or create a disruption regarding booth placement or with event staff, volunteers, guests, or other vendors may be removed from the event and may lose their vendor space.
